Lincoln Mark VI Hotfix (Patreon)

New Players - make sure to delete previous version of RDP when installing this. Please refer to previous post or #patch_notes channel in discord for all changes.

- Added a stock Lincoln Mark VI preset so car is easier to find. (Must change frame from Ford to Lincoln in Crown Vic menu)
- Various bug fixes
