I've opened a support ticket with Patreon, but because they don't have any phone number, waiting for responses is very frustrating. At about 4am local time on Wednesday, I got a message from support saying that the hold was removed. This is NOT the case, as nothing has changed and your money is still being held hostage. I've responded letting them know this, and have not heard back since.

Today I opened another support ticket with Patreon and got an automatic "thank you for submitting your request" response, so we'll see if anyone there takes any action in the next 24-48 hours.

I would also caution anyone against subscribing here on Patreon until further notice. None of your June/July pledge money goes to me.
