Poll for Request Format (Patreon)

Changing the format for receiving requests for Tier 3s, so people don't have to wait around for posts at random times.

Option 1 - Lottery Format.

This format will include me making a post, which will stay up for 24 hours. During the 24 hours people who like the post are included in a lottery draw, with equal chance of winning.

Option 2 - First commenter Format.

Current format, except I will announce beforehand when the post is coming.

I think lottery format will have a more equal outcome between people, so I'm personally leaning towards that (the idea was also quite popular)

On another note, the next few post will be Image Sets/OC, so there won't be a request for a bit.
