These are the initial design options for the forest BG that's in the game! All of them were nice, but the version that ended up being used is my favorite for sure.

I totally remember when you were asking for Ideas for this background peice. the colors, what it should look like. I'm so impressed by the finished peice. I want to walk right in it. I used to walk paths like this all the time when I was little. my paths were more like 1 though. hehe

Idk why, but I can imagine walking through this trail for HOURS with Cove. This place is so pretty I'm imagining weekend camping trips with Tama!

I hope the other ones get a chance later on, whether it's supposed to be a different part of the trail, further down the path, or maybe part of a park/picnic location.

It would honestly be so cool if we could vote on a concept sketch at some point. It’s okay if you wouldn’t rather that, though. I’ve loved everything we’ve seen so far!

I'm afraid that's not a possible option. The ones we end up going with are based on what makes the most sense for the scenes it'll be used for and which ones line up best with the sprites. It can't be left to personal preference for appearance alone.

I want to build a secret base/ fort/ treehouse out in the wood with Tamarack and Qiu (with parental approval of course). I imagine that we would be hanging out in Qui's not-so-very-secret hideout and either Tamarack or Mc pointing out they need a real secret-secret base. We could have a nickname for our little cul-de-sac crew since Tamarack didn't want to join Qiu club we could make out own with just the three of us. Oh my goodness there are just so many things I want to do! To make fairy houses with Tamarack or go camping in the woods (though Opal will probably have our tent be in the backyard just a little closer to the woods)
