Same as the normal Step 4, Derek's back around the Sunset Bird area to help his dad and see the rest of his family too. He's gotta have a place to stay and this is it! Very nice. He'll be happy to invite you over sometime.

Baxter isn't a Step 3 only romance ^^;. He has events in Step 3 and Step 4.

You can't propose to either of them, you can officially get into a relationship but you haven't been together long enough to get engaged before the story ends I'm afraid.

As soon as I saw it I knew it was Derek house, no offense towards Cliff but Derek parents decorated the house better XD I absolutely love how it is and the window plus view is amazing! The sunset already made me think about who know what romantic moment similiar to when we tried to kiss cove during that trip where we invite him to sleep with us but it get interrupted because he fell off XD I feel like something similiar would happen but that's just because the sunset and peaceful atmosphere just give me that impression lol Still the point is that I absolutely love his house and it look so peaceful.

From what I understand they aren't completely romanceable at the moment. Depending on what you chose apparently some things will change but nothing will make you start a relationship yet. Derek is someone who prefer take things slowly so except sharing some moments between him and the MC I don't think in step 3 you can get together but in Step 4 yes, for now you can chose certain options for them (if Cove is just a friend) which will bring you two closer and change some parts, for example someone said that if you pick the right choices with Baxter you get to sit in the front place next to him (not sure though, I still have to try) so except this possible small changes you can't actually romance them until the DLC is out, you can get close to them but nothing more at the moment.

That doesn't mean anything. If I managed to become his girlfriend in the last round, Cove confessed his love to me and I asked for his hand within about a week 😂

@AverageWeirdo In the case of Baxter it may be true, but Derek has been known for a long time, "shared smoothies" 😂 and promised us that we would get together if we were still single in 10 years. (I could never do that to Cove) But I understand what is meant, just wanted to note it. 😉

I’m so excited for the DLCs 😭😭 I’m lowkey more curious about Baxter since he came in late in the game but this one will be great too cause Derek is such a good friend

I'm so in love with how much Derek DLC content we get considering you have so much on your plate with the Wedding DLC so close on the horizon and OL2 being such a big project! I can't thank you enough for your hard work ❤️❤️❤️
