Yeah, you can invite that beautiful buzzkill Jeremy to your wedding for some reason and he will actually show up for some reason. But, fun fact, way back when this DLC was conceptualized after the Kickstarter stretch goal was hit, Jeremy wasn't included in the plans. I didn't think there'd be time or room to have him as an extra guest. I think I even said in a few places that he wouldn't be there. It's only because everything ended up taking so long to finish that this possibility opened up and I figured we might as well make the most of this expanded development period, haha.
