Jamie, the protagonist of Our Life, is the adopted child of a lesbian couple. One half of that pair is Pamela who goes by Mom. Here's the initial sketch of her design! Jamie's parents only have headshots instead of thigh-up sprites because they appear in all four Steps but we don't have the means to give them different outfits/poses four times. Just Cove gets that kind of special treatment, haha. Still, she's very lovely.
