I think the editing is pretty clean, however it's not really something I look for in sets, so I'm indifferent to it as a whole.

In my personal opinion, I do not find such alterations at all appealing and would like them to stop. Even if they are treated as "a few bonus images in a set," I feel they are unnecessary.
