Good afternoon everyone! Attached, you'll find a link to the edited version of my review/reaction to The Conjuring 2! As you'll see, I definitely found certain elements of this film to be quite disturbing and there were a couple of really great jump scares that got me! That being said, I still feel the first one was scarier overall! What did you think? Now I'm prepared for the new one to come out this weekend!

Great reaction. Yeah, there's always that element of showing the "monster" vs leaving it up to the viewer's imagination (that's why I think Paranormal Activity played so well bc you're left to imagine what the demon looks like lol). And, for me at least, this one played a bit better than the first for keeping the tension and atmosphere very spooky and hostile throughout most of the movie (I especially liked the scene with the old man talking through Janet as she's being recorded). Both are really good and I'm hoping the same for the third. Also also, the end credits with the pictures and audio of the actual incident really ties up the overall creepiness.
