I really think Hannibal would have eventually killed his doctor. He seems to kill almost anyone that crosses his path in a meaningful way (when he's done manipulating them that is). This is one of my all time favorite shows and I love watching it with you. I could never believe at the time they got away with this show on NBC. But the showrunners never seemed to flinch and the result was one one the most beautifully shot and executed show ever on tv.
