Update: Expanse Tuesday And More! (Patreon)

Hi everyone! Let me start out by just thanking you all from the bottom of my heart for your kind messages in the wake of Elby's passing and for being so understanding about my need for a little more time to myself. I am extremely grateful to have so many supportive people here and seeing all of your messages really did help me during a difficult time.

I'm definitely starting to feel better. I had a couple of pretty rough days after she passed (with lots of random crying bursts). I was very concerned about the rest of my pets, probably to the point of being paranoid, and there were some more precautionary vet trips last week because of that. Luckily, they all seem to be in good health. I also spent a lot of time tearing apart the whole room where the parakeets live, looking to make sure there was nothing in there making them sick (and doing things like lead tests). Nothing was found, fortunately. At this point, I'm no longer even sure Elby and Neville had the same thing, given how quickly things manifested and progressed with her. Based on some research I've been doing and the symptoms she showed, it is possible she had a stroke. But I don't think I'll ever really know. I have her ashes and am going to set them up a little corner of the bird's room with some images I've put together and some toys she loved.

Regarding the channel - I do thank you all once again for your patience. I actually was planning to get back into it this weekend, but of course, ended up with a migraine (probably due to the stress). However, that's finally passed and I'm very ready to get back to my regular life and to filming and editing videos. With that in mind, The Expanse will be back tomorrow and hopefully a couple of other videos I already had filmed, but just didn't get around to editing yet. I'm also still planning to take at least the rest of this week and the beginning of next week to focus exclusively on the channel. So, many, many videos will be coming over the next handful of days (including the next episodes of all of the current series).

Once again, let me apologize for the delay and extend my thanks to all of you for your patience and well wishes. It has been a huge help to me during a rather difficult time, to know I have such a supportive and kind group here!
