I'm starting to wonder if the people you're dealing with are not actually Lasso Entertainment, but a group of scammers pretending to be Lasso Entertainment. The real Lasso Group appears to be a legit company; they were purchased by a Dutch concern called Fintage House in late 2017 from the British company Billion Dollar Boy. They're a rights management company, helping entertainment companies manage and collect money for their works worldwide (though, I get the impression, mostly in Europe). Their website lists addresses in Leiden, Netherlands (same address as their now parent company) and London (probably the address of their previous owner). That video where the guy tracks down their supposed locations in New York and Los Angeles and declares them to be empty buildings sounds like maybe he was looking at a duplicate website somebody set up to try to make it look like they're a US company. Not that this matters a whole lot, but it does suggest why people are not responding -- I think these threats are coming not from Lasso, but from someone using their name to try to scam people. It might be interesting to contact Fintage House (their executive staff are listed on their website) to see if they're aware of this. If it really is a case of someone impersonating their division, they might be very interested in putting an end to it. Just a thought...

It seems that Lasso group has been at it for a while. It also seems that youtube is not responding or doing squat. Maybe time to move to a new venue like Vimeo?
