PH_PHIBL_PresetLoad v1.1.1

This plugin loads your selected PHIBL settings in the main game for you.

PRESET CONFIGURATION CHANGE!
PLEASE RE-DO YOUR PRESET ACCORDING TO THE GUIDE ON THE MAIN PAGE!

LUT saving now works.
Previously not saved settings except (***, ****) are now saved.
Misc -> Global Settings -> Screen Shot Size ✕
Lightning -> Reflection -> Refresh Rate ✕

The last 2 are not a priority and probably won't do them unless requested or until a later date.
