The "Oh yeah" guy who you said looks familiar is Shea Whigham, probably best known as Eli Thompson from Boardwalk Empire. He's one of those actors who pops up randomly in a lot of supporting roles in TV/films, but I think he's criminally underrated and deserves way more respect.
