A lot of artists will post exclusive content later, but the highest resolution versions will still be Patreon exclusige. Just a thought.

exclusive content is fine. I think of it as timed exclusives and 6 months is a long time to wait for content that's exclusive for patreon :)

I have to say that 6 months is way to extreme. 3 months is fair. After all there are only 12 months in a year. Which begs the quesiton. Would you post in increments meaning you would only post one thing at a time after a six month period has passed or would you dump it all at once? The other thing to consider is that your patreon content that we vote on and what is something that can attract not only watcher but other potential Patreon pledgers. Based on the content you churn out. Remember your art is gallery and yes I understand you will still post commission work on your galleries but I still feel it would be best to show other user what you've been working Another thing to take into account is time. One day you might have someone who pledges $100 to you each month but one month he ups and leaves for (whatever reason). Nothing is permanent, things can change too but now that guy who pledge $100 will no longer be able to see the content he once pledge to. The point I'm trying to make here is that thing will happen in the course of a year and some people also can never afford to give even $1 away due to living situations. Also note that trying to entice users into donating by delaying release of patreon exclusive content can backfire and have an opposite effect. To summarize: Don't alienate users to gain a quick buck and try to find an equilibrium between the two (Freeloaders and Supporters). Because truth be told you need both believe it or not. Additional: I'm not going to dictate how you run your patreon or your content but I hope you take into account those who can't afford but would like to see your art still. They are just as important as the person that donates $50 bucks each month. However, whatever decision you make is up to you in the end and I will support it.

You should post your content publicly too. Maybe just lower res for non patrons or something. Help build your base! :3

well, i always post in public the most voted pics, the only difference is that in public the ''votation pics'' are in 700 x ???px approx, and here is in 3000x???px approx, i think that that's the better option because my FA gallery would be a bit empty and i also want people to see my art. But now i was talking more about animations, the time what i expend animating is about the same i would expend making 4 cell shadings, and is also more frustrating when mistakes happens and are hard to fix, but i do it more for people who supported me on patreon and also i think is a good way to prevent that the patrons amount doesn't go down while im doing content for patreon or commissions, posting the low resolution version in public (so they can still see my art) and the high res version here. And i don't know if its better doing that or post the patreon version 6 months after, because i don't know if patrons would find it unfair. Example of the 6 month after is: I post the HD greninja animation here and the low res version in FA at september 2016, so i would post the HD version in FA at March 2017
