[VShojo] Nazuna lying in bed (Patreon)

Was trying to practice more compositions with characters lying down since I'm pretty bad at it.
Didn't turn out exactly as I hoped but I'll get better at it eventually.
My commissioners are pretty slow at responding so I have actually quite some downtime to work on personal art like this.
