Some ugly down to earth thoughts:

In the end of the day... I put too much effort into this...

So the reason why it's a problem is that the effort will never be equal the reward of the art. Me putting all these extra hours into making this cute and pretty won't change the fact that my viewer base does literally not care about my Genshin art at all. I can achieve the same amount of "reward" if I had just done a quick 3 hour Klee sketch.

This is something that artists or at least me think about when creating art. Some art is important that requires all your effort and some art is irrelevant and you can just doodle it.

But I'd be happy to be proven otherwise, if that Klee art gets like 2k likes on Twitter then that'd be way out of my expectations.

This usually only really applies to artists who have a lot of commissons that they have to finish in a short amount of time. If you're just learning, then I recommend putting your all in every art because that's how you improve.
