Rebekkah (OC) Story

Fell in love with Daws19's commission. Rebekkah is not mine credits below. Her story per the creator:

"She's an engineer/tinker who belongs to a race of aliens called the Ooletrix. In the universe she's in, they're native to a single planet on the far edge of the galaxy, where they mostly lived peacefully until a galaxy-spanning empire came along. Their kind are unable to wield magic (they used to wield psionic power but that went dormant hundreds of years ago), and so were seen as lesser beings by this empire, and were turned into slaves (and livestock). Rebekkah is a rebel who managed to unlock her dormant ancestral power and is fighting back against the empire in the name of vengeance and freedom for her people"

She's grumpy and usually fairly tired because she's got a paranoia problem, her power also stems from her anger, and has also influenced such, so she has a real bad temper and is generally rather no-nonsense. she's not no-fun, but she doesn't tend to do anything unless she wants to. she's not heartless, but definitely has a bit of a meanstreak towards those who do/used to look down on her people"

She's the leader of the rebel team at this point. she joined as just an ordinary part of it, but after a few botched raids resulted in the majority of them being killed (and also being what unlocked her dormant power) she took over...depending on what part of the story you look at the 'team' ranges from just a few people to dozens of planets that shes liberated. Some were more receptive than others, but all accepted liberation regardless for the fact that the empire stops supporting and [criminalizes] trading with any planet not under their rule..."
