Restraint Color-Changing RGB (Patreon)

We're working on a method to allow restraints to be recolored using code instead of by making a differently-colored image for every new color of restraint. This should allow for some more variety in the future. Don't worry, they won't have to be changing color all the time like shown in this RGB Gamer OTN gag.
