About Firefox, it would be good if they concentrate again on Firefox. But they need indeed to really understand what their users want, and not go in all directions. At least it looks like Firefox has some traction again. They still have quite a bit of work to become again exciting, even if I continue using it.

Yeah, they really have no idea who their userbase is moade up of, or if they do, they do an awesome job ignoring them to try and conquer other demographics

Absolutely. If you manage to gain 10 000 new users but lose 10 000 old ones, you haven't really made much progress :D
