I get a lot of physical exercise with the homestead, lifting, packing weight, ect. I do a perimeter check just about every day (checking fence conditions, monitoring surroundings) with my ruck and rifle, by the time I go around fences and through gates it’s over a mile. I’m going to try to start incorporating lunges, holding the rifle out in front of me as I walk and some other exercises. I’m older now, but I need to be more fit if this fight comes.
