I am a big fan of lists or a spreadsheet. I start at the most important to the nice to have. I have a minimum and a maximum ( capacity ) sure I’d like to have 10k of 7.62 x51 but it is really heavy, costly and I have only so much storage. So for instance with ammo 2k minimum 5k max then it’s done. Water is 100 gallons with a 200 gallons a person max I have everything like that in a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is on my phone too and when I add or use some I modify the list. I’d like to know your thoughts on the use of a cache(s) I have 3 in Washington still in 3 foot PVC tubing buried. The ground there was soft and pretty easy to dig. Here in Texas I need a post hole digger so I am hiding them in rotted trees. Only one so far here.
