Just wrote you a long comment, Brother Michael, only to have it disappear. Argh!!! So I was thanking you for the encouragement, and suggesting that people cook together at home which not only saves money and provides far better food, but also allows more money for healthy prepping! If Mom and Dad teach the kids to cook, which they will need to know, and mom and dad are laughing and having a lovely time, the children will become engaged and interested in the process. Meanwhile, we are becoming healthier as well as happier, and stronger. Consider joining the Y as a family membership for great year-round exercise, as well. We love you, too, Michael.
