so... probably not related to the pic, but recently I found this new medical device in Japan named "ileus tube"(you can look it up on google). it made atwt of the digestive tract possible in real life, the way it does it is 90% identical with your design in the living in the dream comic. some metal beads on the tip enables the small intestine to push the tip deeper until it reaches the end of small intestine. on the books it clames to only be able to reach the end of small intestine, but if the sphincter in ileocecal conjunction can be opened up via a Colonoscopy operation, it will definitely go through. the total length of such tube is 2 to 3 meters. it is now possible to make medically accurate and feasible atwt comics. the motivation of the main character to undergo such operation could be that they are a newbie actor/actress that happens to took a lot of food eating scenes in commercials or other TV programs. but they must maintain a very slim body shape to stay relevant. so they'll need a digestive track management system to help them. such system incorporates a thicker tube similar to the ileus tube, with a balloon at the bottom of the stomach to block the chyme from entering the small intestine, the main tube should be able to channel the chyme in the stomach directly out of the body so no nutrition and calories are absorbed if the food is coming from the mouth. on the other hand, there will be smaller secondary channels in the tube that has openings along the small intestine and large intestine area. so a huge butt plug shaped pump can provide continues flow of nutrition and water to these area to control their blood sugar level and other vitals and even emotions. they can even have booster potions that provides various effects that they can inject by attaching it to the butt pump.
