I started drawing a sketch because I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

Hopefully it is something like this. 

But it seems illogical that a pregnant lady would first push her baby through the rectum just to push the baby back into her stomach and then eventually give birth to the baby. 

In my head it would make more sense for the baby to be pushed through the rectum before the baby was fully developed. Then the child grew big. Once the baby was fully developed, the baby would be born by cesarean section.

so normally the human infant is not fully developed on birth due to the limitation of the pelvis, but this way the baby is grown in the Abdominal cavity to a certain point before they get pushed into the prolapse, and then they can continue to grow in the prolapse.
