Listening to your update of the ongoing Azerbaijani genocide of Armenians makes me wonder what non-Armenians in the seat of Western imperial power can do. Would a million bucks worth of targeted social media advertising be enough to educate the general public about the conflict and make space for politicians who run on a platform of ending arms shipments to Azerbaijan, and facilitating the arming of Armenians? The problem boils down to Azerbaijan having the money to make arms sales lucrative while Armenia's military leadership is corrupt to begin with and the state as a hole is far less rich. It's easy to see how a NATO realignment could be what Armenia needs if the Russians continue to prove incapable/unwilling of guaranteeing Armenian security. Then again, it's not like NATO has been a terribly reliable security partner, just ask the Kurds

NATO isn't really an option, as turkey is a member of it and also an ally of azerbaijan. And they did commit the armenian genocide after ww1, which they haven't admitted or apologized for. Even if armenians wanted to be in the same alliance as turkey, which i doubt, turkey probably wouldn't allow it. Turkey has a problem even letting in finland and sweden and they don't have such historical baggage. Though if turkey had some internal reconfiguration and the people discarded that monster erdogan things might be different, though i wouldn't bet on it happening any time soon.
