i feel like goku will start to lose faith and become fearful and will be in a state where he almost dies and whis gives some vegeta- like like in the tournament of power and goku transforms that would some top tier anime shit

I highly doubt that, goku dosen’t even fear the grand priest, why would he fear Tekira?

In my opinion tekira is going to do whatever it takes to get that next evolution out of GOKU. He’s going to push him to the brink of death, but I don’t think he wants to kill him, in my opinion. But he will do what he needs to do to have GOKU pushed to that limit. But as we were told, expect the unexpected.

yeah but its different as hes been more preparing to fight the other 4 and his training was all based off them but if goku does get to grand priest he would start to get more nervous knowing hes no where near grand priest’s power

i agree however he does want their fight to end in death but he does want goku to ascend so it would be an even match and the way he helps goku do that is pushing him to the point of death as u said

I always ask myself what other “ tricks” or “on the go” moves/ tactics does goku have left in his bag to go against a opponent like tekira. It should be interesting. I don’t see tekira actually “toying” with him as the others did.

The first episode of grand priest introducing tekira he talks about how he likes to break his opponents down mentally. It’s pretty interesting

Nah goku wanted this himself, he doesn’t need to be humble that’s who goku is , he looks for a challenge and if it’s bigger than himself and that’s a mindset of an angel whis explained it to him, the 5 has already taking a liking to goku it may not seem like it but they do. they have to cheer on their brothers. tekira sees something in goku deep inside that no one sees so he’s gonna beat goku into borderline death until goku fully transitions with that halo that’s his motive but at the same time he’s trying to kill goku , I doubt goku is going out being killed.
