Dreams. Sometimes you have them, other times it's all blank. And usually, when you do have them, and if you realise it's a dream, you can have a lucid one. But, it is more likely you would awaken instead, at which point the dream will cease.

You said earlier in the story that the priestesses lose their Eir mark if they have sex, but some of the priestesses are pimped out in an earlier chapter.

You misunderstand. A [Priestess] or [Priest] makes a vow to their deity. That vow is part of their class. That Vow can be anything from helping others, to foregoing monetary value. Usually something significant to show your God/Goddess devotion. Depending on your vow, the God/Goddess may give class bonuses or skills. Of coarse, breaking a vow is the equivalent of turning away from your God/Goddess. Jessica's Vow was chosen specifically to protect herself from becoming like the other [Priestesses] that she had seen. Questions?
