The black detectives are the comedy team Key and Peele (Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele). They had a really popular sketch comedy show called "Key & Peele" that ran for 5 seasons (2012-2015). A lot of their sketches are viral on YT. The bigger guy of the two (Jordan Peele) is now a very popular filmmaker. He wrote and directed "Get Out" (his debut as a director and screenwriter) which you saw last Halloween. He won the Oscar for his script, and was also nominated Best Director and Best Picture (for producing the film). He also wrote and directed "Us" (2019) and "Nope" (2022), which you still have to see. Yea, cops use a radar gun to check if a vehicle is speeding, but in some states, only state police officers (who work for the state government) are allowed to use them. But if you're a low-level cop (who work for local police departments in small towns), you're not allowed to use a radar gun. Instead, they time speeding cars by manually clocking them with a stopwatch, as the cars pass through a section of road known as a "speed trap" (two white lines painted on the street that are spaced like 30 feet apart or 10 meters). They clock them as the driver crosses the first white line and see how long it takes for them to cross the second white line, which tells the officer how fast the motorist is going. How do they clock speeders in Belgium? :D Also, if you didn't notice, the actress who plays the widow who just gave birth (the wife of the police chief whom Lorne Malvo kills with the shotgun in the first episode) also plays Mrs. Kettleman in Better Call Saul. The Kettlemans were the couple who stole over a million dollars from the city treasury or something in the first season-- and Saul paid Mike Ehrmantraut to steal the money back from their house to return to the treasury cuz the Kettlemans blackmailed Saul with a bribe. And then, the Kettlemans just came back in the most recent episode of BCS. They were running a scam tax return business, in which they were pilfering money from their clients' returns and then paying them a smaller tax return amount-- in which Kim Wexler blackmailed them to keep their mouths shut about Howard Hamlin's "drug addiction" if you recall. I honestly feel stupid mentioning these little factoids, since it's been months since you recorded these reactions, hence there's a good chance you might not remember or even care anymore, making it utterly futile to point these things out. But even knowing that, I keep doing it... for some reason. Think I'll just stop doing it.😂
