Wow, this one won the poll by A LOT of votes! I watched this movie a few weeks ago when I was really in the mood for a random pick, but never knew it was this popular. I did enjoy it a lot, so I'm not surprised :D. I know there is a second one too. Is that worth the watch?

Glad to see you finally get around to this one. As many have mentioned, Deadpool 2 is easily just as good as the first one. There are a few jokes here and there that reference the X-Men films, but not so many that it makes them required viewing or anything. There's also many jokes referencing the MCU in the next one as well, so those you will quite obviously understand. Now that Disney/Marvel owns Fox, the Deadpool character is under the MCU roof and the third film is already planned and being written as we speak. They claim it will be a part of the MCU proper, but it's still questionable how they are going to make that work given the adult nature of the Deadpool films. Sadly it's not going to be in theaters until at the very least 2024. Glad you enjoyed the movie though, and great reaction as always. The only question now is.... Deadpool 2 when? :) ...... Contrary to what I saw someone mention above I would highly recommend you watch the theatrical R rated cut as it's far more humorous and then maybe watch the PG-13 edit after or on your own. The theatrical cut is far more in the tone of this film and the franchise on the whole. Censoring Deadpool is kind of taking the fun and irreverence out of the character. One can only hope Disney/Marvel knows this as well, and allows an R rated Deadpool 3 when the time comes.

The answer is: Yes, Deadpool 2 is worth watching. In my opinion its slightly better than the first.

I think you would really like Deadpool 2. Like this movie, if you’re not familiar with the X-men movies or Ryan Reynolds career, some jokes may fly over your head.

Last I heard as well..... But, it's Disney, so needless to say I'm still skeptical. Hoping for the best though. Was hoping the same for the Blade films as well. Will just have to see.

"Yaaay, she's gong to sit n her face" lol Oh Mary. There are a lot of different reference to many different things. Like the Heaven's Gate was a cult you can do some research on and saying how Professor Xavier looks like that cult leader cause they're both bald. The Jared Foot long has to be with former spokes person for Subway turned out to be a pedophiler so Subway cut ties with him and last I know is in prison. Sadly, he's still alive. Also Green Lantern and X Men Origins Wolverine references. You should definitely start watching XMen. Yup, Deadpool 3 in the works now that Disney owns 20 Century Fox and ther Marvel products that Fox owned is back with Marvel and will be rebooted in the MCU. Just need to get Spiderman and Hulk

Watching Deadpool in your point of view Mary, it feels different. You don't know what to expect and it just different from your view and it makes the movie more better to watch.
