The hound says some really bad stuff to goad Arya into killing him but I think it is actually a really sad reflection on the hounds life. “At least I’d have one happy memory” the hound can’t look back and find a single thing that truly gave him joy. He was never loved or he didn’t love anyone. He had the worst family member of all time and he been stuck serving evil people for his entire life. Even though the Stark sisters got him out of his evil persona a little he never got the chance to really enjoy life. I don’t think I’ll honestly ever forgive Brienne and Arya for their parts in killing him and making sure he suffers even more.😢

I do not believe the Hound would have harmed Arya either way. By this episode where they encounter Brienne, the Hound has run out of options of places to take her for ransom but he still hasn’t harmed her. I think he sees her as a little sister because if you watch the history & lore video on House Clegane you find out Sandor had a sister who died and who he doesn’t remember. It’s implied Gregor (the Mountain) killed her and their father so I think Sandor (the Hound) sees the two Stark sisters as the sister he lost long ago. In the books my opinion is different because the Hound acts way to creepy to Sansa to see her as a sister.

Brienne was just doing her duty, so its hardly fair to blame her. Arya, yeah. I blame a bit more.
