This movie was your pick and booooooooooooooooooooy did I love it! I would love to get more recommendations specifically about movies that have that mysterious vibe or catch you off guard all the time. It wasn't predictable whatsoever, which I loved!

I just watched your reaction to this and I loved how you were sitting there staring at the end just thinking. That is exactly how this movie hits most people. This is one of my favorite movies, top five for me. I love how many layers there are to dissect after. Somehow I figured out that he had a twin about 20 minutes in and yet, it didn't diminish my enjoyment of the movie at all. Which to me speaks to how expertly crafted this movie was (it didn't depend on the twist as a gimmick). I would definitely recommend Memento, as many others have. Memento was Christopher Nolans first theatrical film, it was adapted from a short story written by his brother Jonathan Nolan. I would also recommend a sci-fi film called Looper, which I don't think I saw recommendations for yet. It is a similar type of film with these kinds of twists and layers to it. Anyways, sorry for rambling.
