I didn't think it'd be possible to hate on Baby Yoda, but this episode proved me wrong. BAD BABY YODA!!! Frog mother was very adorable in her own right.

To answer your Mandalorian armor question, it isn't that he needs the armor, it's that it's only allowed to be possessed by Mandalorians or those who the Mando's have given the right to own them. For the Armorer in season one, she said she had to stay was to finish repurposing all the armor left over by dead Mandalorians, so it could be used by foundlings (children brought up to be Mandalorians)
