Hope i can help with some Anwsers. The Accent is german. The Actors Name is Werner Herzog. He played in quite some Hollywood Movies. Beskar Steel is a very resilient and durable Armourtype specific for Mandalorians. It is very rare in the SW Universe nowadays. and it counts as nearly indestructable.
