I finally got around to watching your reaction to this episode. I never picked it up until this viewing but there is an interesting connection between two scenes. The first scene is when Arti is visiting Olivia and she tells him Tony burned down his restaurant. In the next scene Tony goes into the Bing, talks to Silvio, Pauli and Chris. It's at the end of the second scene when Pauli asks Tony if anything else is bothering him and Tony replies, 'yeah, my ear is hurting.' I don't know if you have this saying in Dutch but in english, at least in Canada, we have a saying that if your ear is burning it means someone is talking about you. Olivia talking about Tony could be causing Tony's ear to hurt.
