I once thought I could plan a silly little belly focused game

So naive of me. I don't even really like the idea of game development/programing. But if someones commissions me to do animations for a game. I would give it a try. That's more of my strength, you know?

btw, this thing was going to be about Topaz having a dream with a silicone belly that got out of control experiencing a real fast (and quite big) pregnancy in matter of days. The thing is that, yes, she owns a silicone belly but keeps it hidden out of shame so in her dream her boyfriend, Nathan, would see her

I don't see this as a failure at all! It's a storyboard and some ideas about the plot and a walk cycle. Think of it more as a game prototype that you can use to see if someone wants to do the coding part. Lots of game devs trying to do everything themselves run into the same wall. I had the opposite problem when I wanted to make an OELVN - I can do some decent stuff in RPG Maker or Ren'Py (though I'm rusty so I would be a little slow at first), but I can't write dialogue or draw well.

I thought about using Ren'Py for this thing. I researched the basics and that got me pumped up to do all these sketches but then I just... couldn't. Probably because my interests come in waves and I use all my brain power in short sessions that exhausts me xD I'm trying not to overwork myself like that anymore and learn the value of big projects taking insane amounts of time but man it's hard to work on the same thing three days in a row. My dumb monkey brain wants things for yesterday haaha Also the money needed to exist while working on big stuff is a big factor as well
