there are many but let's talk about the biggest one we should be praising:

HAVING A BODY. 

BEING WITH A BODY. 

BEING A BEING WITH A BODY. 


ASKING WHAT AND NOT GETTING HUNG UP ON THE WHY


There are parts of the process that hurt. Let them hurt you but don't let them harm you. There is a difference. When we are hurting, we often feel more than we want to even express, trauma does something to the brain. Do you want this to be long term or short term damage?


BE THE FUCKING RENEGADE. 


It's bullshit to rely on motivation or dedication, shit even passion. 

Rely on your will and if you do not possess it, create the will to be because: 

Passion will erase you. 

Motivation will leave you. 

And dedication will slaughter you. 

Be willing to endure. 

That is how you make it. 


Your mindset is the key to your life. You can either keep the door closed or open. 


IF WE CANNOT HEAR IN SILENCE THEN WE ARE BLIND. 


*sit in your head. 

there is two of you. 

what are they doing?                     are they arguing?     getting along?

find yourself within yourself. see how it talks back to you. if you are talking bad to your own-self… do I even have to say it?
