Yes. Kad has stated that Rory and Dynamite have had sex at by this point. Ask 380 had them naked in bed together, interrupted by Ruby, so they are intimate. But Rory's still the innocent "innuendos fly right over my head" type, so he doesn't get engaged until Tracey outright bluntly invites him.
