Amazing Do it with krystal :DD !!

Mobius Scarf

well, Vixxen's voice is now my inner-voice for Nightshade, so I'd say she did an outstanding job.

Ardyn

Perfect casting Kadath! ♥️♥️♥️

Andres Campos

That voice heated things up so quick

Illyrian

Hooooly cow she's a perfect fit for Night, hah. This turned out damn great!

🥲 No words needed. Thank you Giraffe-Doodler

Kyron Ladon

Exactly as I imagined her voice! Well done vixxen!

Two questions. When will this be available and how can one access it?

SketchyBug

Finally got around to watching this and holy hell was it awesome! You and VoiceVixen knocked it out of the park, and these were some great music choices as well!

Patrick Bradley

I've always thought of night sounding a bit younger but nevertheless the actress did a great job, and it hits different when your names called out haha

Kadath

Night's roughly 30, which is partly why Diamond taunts her about her age. And lol, yeah for you in particular, it must be a pretty weird feeling hearing her say your name XD

Kadath

Thanks! I found a royalty free site and cobbled together a few tracks from it. Gave the guy a nice donation though, b/c he deserved it lol

DarkusFlame

I love the sexy Scottish accent the actress gave Nightshade

Oh my God, this is amazing. I'd never thought I'd a hear a voice for Nightshade, but it's even better than I could've imagined. Seriously, nice job, Kad.

Matthew Smothers

I keep getting an error trying to go to the link "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

Zhon Lord

Incredible work, you guys did an awesome job! Here's hoping you're able to do more like this in the future!

Heavy Blues

How long'd it take you to find the right voice for her? I always imagined her voice being a tone or two deeper in my head but I'll be damned if this wasn't a premium fit for her. That accent is damn well intoxicating.

Kadath

I looked through a lot of voice actresses and went for Voice Vixxen because she had the 'huskiest' voice of the bunch. Sadly the selection of VAs I've come across tend to be very much in the high pitched UwU anime department, lol, so there's not a huge pool of casting choices to pull from. It'd say it took roughly a month to find the right choice. I gave her guidelines on how to voice Night, using Annie Lennox as a 'husky Scottish accent' to follow as a guideline. Lennox was in fact a partial an inspiration for Night from her inception!

Kadath

Voice Vixxen really nailed it! I love how she did a kind of peppy uptick on her voice when she mention's Pat's name. Really subtle little change in tone when she's talking about her boy :P

Kadath

I just tested it and it works, and I see guests viewers listed, too. Not sure what's going on.

Kadath

I hope to do more video sets like this, probably with other characters (though it may be tough finding some of the accents I need). I would also love to do a more story-focused video comic at some point, and bring Voice Vixxen back as Night ;3

Jamie Willis

Who could voice Puzzle? she's my favourite along with Lily and Olivia

Kadath

No idea. For now I'd like to not focus on others, and just make this a celebratory thing about Night.

EvilPyro01

Now I want to see comic dubs of your other comics like share and share alike

Apparently I need a Scottish girlfriend

Sean Barron

Oh I would love a comic dub of Moving Day and Punished Puzzle.

Kadath

Okay for real… I have spent months getting this put together, and it’s only an 8 image, 4 minute video. I understand people’s excitement about future possibilities, but I don’t have the time, funds or desire to go and make every single Puzzle comic I’ve done get made into a fully-voice acted production. I also feel rather discouraged that I am showing a Nightshade video and I’m getting a number of responses essentially saying ‘Now do Puzzle’. Can I please just have one Nightshade project that doesn’t involve it turning into a ‘How about Puzzle’ thing? Just once? Let the characters have their own moments in the spotlight.

Tigermark

Kadath you did an excellent job, in the chosen images, the timing, and in the choice of VA to bring it to life. Also in the panning through each image, made it seem both longer and more of an animation. Kudos to ya! (And the Voice Vixxen!)

Grant Schultz

Wow Vixxen's voice was perfect for Nightshade! Just how I imagined her really! Awesome work on the project Kadath, and hearing her say Patty Cakes was just so cute! Hehe always love these two.

videoman190

I want you to know that I take voice acting in games, anime, etc seriously it has to sound right. In my mind I feel that she has a sexy voice. After hearing that I am glad that you made the right choice.

Everfree Brumby

Can you give some of your previous comics the same treatment?

Anonymous

What about making your recent comic featuring Markus and Night into an audio format? It's not that many pages long, and it would be very interesting to see what accent (or lack thereof) Markus has.

Kadath

Wake Up Call? Hmm. It would be easier because it's a pretty short comic (and the panels are wide. Trouble is I'd have to find two more voice actors (and I'd be pretty particular on how they sound haha). Markus is Irish, btw!

Anonymous

Be ready to repeat this 20 times whenever you mention he's Irish 😅 Have you mentioned this before, though?

Soul Group 2.0

Well i must say that this was very good. the voiceactor for nightshade fits perfect and also the atmosphere around the action is qute the thrill. good work.
