French-speaking Canadians! I need your help! I'm looking for help with a translation. Context is A woman looking in a mirror and admiring herself. I'm thinking something short and sweet like 'you look good' or 'looking good'. I've heard that 'Bonne mine' is a French equivalent for this (not sure if Parisian or Quebec French though). I wanted to ask if this is accurate, or if there's something better you might suggest. Any help is appreciated!

You might try "je m'aime", though that's closer to "I love myself." Or perhaps "je t'adore" which would be "I adore you", as in complimenting ones own looks.

I'm not a canadian (but i'm a french guy) and i'm sure about one thing "bonne mine" is an expression from France. You look good seems litteraly: "vous semblez/ tu sembles bien" and i can traduce it by: "aller bien" or "être en forme"

"Bonne mine" is a bit fancy. I would suggest something like "Salut, ma jolie", which means "Hello, pretty" ; that's what I think a girl would say in front of a mirror x)
