Blare Out (Patreon)

The next pic of the month is the Solo Poll winner, Blare (a previous OC of mine)!! 😉

We’ve not seen much of Blare so far… but it was clearly enough of him to get people interested in seeing more… so here he is!! 😜

For anyone who’s interested, this is the lore behind him from when he was first created:

Blare is a Cambion (half incubus) and as such he has certain advantages inherited from both his human and demonic sides.

He travels the countryside looking for work.

His bodily fluids act as a panacea, a magical cure-all for most difficulties, diseases and ailments, as well as a potent spell-breaker.

Naturally it is a substance that is highly prized by magic users and the desperate as it has the ability to dispel lycanthropy, vampirism etc.

Many Cambions are simply named after one of their distinguishing features. His name is Blare because while in the barracks with the other Cambions when he was being trained, it was quickly noted that he was, by far, the loudest… 😉

So, given the above, I decided it was time to show off these fabled bodily fluids… 😏

In all seriousness, it was really nice to draw one of my own creations so thanks all for your interest in seeing him. I really did want to show off as much of him as possible, and I think this pose most closely matched not just what I wanted to show off, but also the energy I wanted him to give off… 😉

I also tried something a bit different when adding the shading and I think it’s given some very promising results!! 😄

You Beasts will have some variants in there such as with/without mess, some different finishes, backgrounds, cropped versions of everything… and of course there’s all the usual 4K versions of everything, workfiles, timelapses etc.

I hope you guys enjoy Blare as much as I enjoyed showing him off!! 😉
