True Alpha (Patreon)

The next pic of this month is the Duo Poll winner, which was Derek Hale & Scott McCall (from Teen Wolf).

The title of this one is “True Alpha”… For anyone familiar with the show, I’ll leave the reasoning behind that to your own imaginations!! 😜

These guys are always fun to draw, but also challenging.

They both fall into that odd category of people who, when drawn exactly as they should be, just don’t seem to look right to me. That said, I am actually very pleased with the outcomes of them on this occasion.

I also wanted to come up with a new pose idea I hadn’t used with either of them before, so this is the direction I went - Again, I’m pretty happy with how that turned out. For a pair that usually stress me out a little, they actually got to a place I’m pretty happy with (even if that did take me a little longer than usual).

As always, there’s still a little time left if any of you Bosses or Beasts still haven’t voted in our Duo Poll… it’s definitely a nail biter!! 😅:
