kurt majove met his wife lillian while the two worked in SPEAR team neon, SPEAR's amphibious regiment. kurt served as a sniper while lillian was a demolitionist.  the two have 2 daughters together. when asked if they were pushing them to do SPEAR as they got older, they responded "we're not necessarily going that way, but we have started teaching them how to shoot."
