possible villain in De-fuser; "flashbang" (Patreon)

a character concept ive had for awhile. the cities queen of murder and chaos. a terrorist all gangs and many cops fear. im pretty sure I can work her into a few stories (as well as give her some great mutation situations)

fun fact; she's modeled after my wife. i'm not going to say what attributes are present....but let's just say I'm a lucky man ;)
