love 4 with all the modding but I think even without the mods, 3 will be the best for me; it just always felt like a true nuclear wasteland. it was more immersive in its vanilla form than doing a bunch of things to 4....but 4 is still the one im playing habitually lol

hahahaha!!!! its mostly joke mods like launching your baby instead of a mini nuke from the fatman and replacing the sounds with terry crews shouting "EXPLOSIONS!!!!"
