Eva had caught up with Laylana in Washington, D.C. and given her an important message. When she finished, she had the rest of the night to herself before she would rendezvous with Natalie and the rest of her team the next day.

She found a decent hotel and checked in, paying with VISA gift cards and using fake IDs. She got her key and hurried to her room.

Once inside, she tossed her small travel bag to the side, undressed, and then went to the bathroom to wash up a bit.

As she washed up, she looked in the mirror and spoke aloud to herself. “Laylana has no idea what kind of trouble she’s in, and… we caused it.”

Refreshed, she put on some comfortable lingerie then lounged throughout the afternoon and evening. The duties of days to come would be difficult, so she did not deny herself a few hours of ease while she waited.
