she has the blind misty eyes right? Would be very weird to have a soulseer who can actually see.

Yeah, all soulseers are blind which makes them dangerous beyond other mizus. Its not a massive change you can easily make misty blind eyes and add a few scars on the face especially this early. The only other thing is the change of fur from faded purple to deep red/pink. You can just look images if you get the deal.
