The 0 and 1 is because their mini-album is called Binary Code, and 0 and 1 is used to write it. their mini-album also came in two versions: Zero and One, so that question was just more as promotion and they were just choosing the favorite number between the two of them. In their case, the 0 and 1 didn't have a specific meaning like blood type or what day of the week you're born.

0 and 1 does have meaning in some places though within the gay community. 0=bottom and 1=top. I only know this because of a Taiwanese show I watched where two guys were pretending to be gay, and they were fighting over who would be the hypothetical 0 and 1 lol.
