FYI: Jimmy, the actor who plays Wai (the one who came to Pran while he was drawing in the beginning) has a medical degree and is a certified doctor. He even had to tend one of the actors who was injured during one of the fight scenes. I'm not 100% sure but many thai actors have also degrees in various fields from medicin to engineering or business.

Sorry for mentioning Dunk so much in the comments, I don't think he will appear again so you might be disappointed by looking for him haha. we just got excited! >< He has become a kinda popular BL actor with his coupled pair Joong, the show Star in My Mind that people have recommended before is their show! If you want a show with spice but not toxic, as we mentioned in the last comment section but Don't Say No is just a good show, I recommend it!

I have another recommendation for you guys! Only Friends! It's actually about to finish airing in the next 2 weeks and I have got to say it is one of my favorite shows, not even BL show, that I have watched this year. I think you guys would actually really like it! It's messy, drama-filled, and very not just BL, but very queer, which is awesome. Also an absolutely STACKED cast of actors from GMMTV. Maybe throw it on your Thai BL watchlist??

Yes, the greeting where thai people press their palms together in front of their body is called a wai. It is used in many situations as a sign of respect and has different levels. Mostly used in formal situations and to those older than you. It's similar to bowing in Korea. Also I think they both had a mutual crush in high school before they were pulled apart. Although I think pran knew he did (like when we saw the flashback when wai was asking him about his past crush - im not sure if you were getting pran and pat mixed up), im not sure if pat fully realized it. Im not completely sure. there might be something to prove this wrong. let me know as it has been a while since ive watched this series.

Glad you're enjoying this series! Pran is the one crushing hardest in my view. If you notice in the first scene Pran is distractedly drawing a picture of Pat. That boy is always on his mind, lol. But you'll also notice that he's also much more hostile and stand offish in person. Pat is always the nicer one in person. Exploring why that is will be really interesting as you watch the rest of this series. "Raikantopeni" is the first phrase that you here at the beginning of Thai shows talking about the rating of a show. It's iconic to Thai bl fans and many fans have it memorized!

Also, just to add - kinnporshe is a good show. THE BEST BL production out of Thailand - period. I think sometimes especially with mostly women watching BL, their can be some hyper critical comments surrounding the themes in BL. Just like any other show, especially MAFFIA THEME (hello?) lol expecting it to be light & fluffy is super unrealistic. I think you should watcg it if you’re interested, just know it’s a mature show. That’s all. Just like Joker & Harley, we love their CHARACTERS all while knowing their relationship isn’t healthy. Mr. & Mrs. Smith, you see where I’m going with this? Okay. Happy viewing! :)

I love your love for Drakes eyebrows XD. Wednesdays are a day I very much look forward to now, ya'lls reactions really brighten my week. Im very excited for next episode. I understand being scared to watch KinnPorsche XD, it definitely isn't in my top bl list (purely because of the toxicity) but the cinematography in it is really good and it's honestly a really pretty show. OMG thank you! I was trying to find a way to bring this up without being to rant-y. I honestly love Kinnporsche for the production, the acting, and the cast! Yes there are problamatic themes and issues portrayed in the series but that's just it, its a SERIES, not real life. As someone who has gone and is currently dealing with certain aspects shown in the show I can still love and adore a series (fiction) without being upset. Just like watching any drama or movie you can separate real life from fiction which is what I choose to do. I really hope Kevin & David (if and when they decide to) keep that in mind when it comes to checking out this show, it's about the MAFIA, that means there will inherently be violence, torture, blood, death. Just to end I'm honestly loving your reactions to Bad Buddy and how much fun you guys are having with it!

Absolutely. I think it’s unrealistic to always expect gay relationships to be shown through a female’s gaze. Gay relationship dynamics are VERY different (there is sometimes ALOT of Ego involved) and i think women need to realize that.

Excuse me while I get sentimental for a moment but I'm so thankful to find ya'll and this channel. Been recovering from my tumor removal surgery and starting chemo soon and also I recently lost my dad(also while getting surgery, kind of ironic huh) so you could say I've been in the trenches lately. Life has been kind of crap for me so finding your channel and patreon to binge videos to take my mind off things, if even for a couple hours a week, really does help more than you could ever imagine. So seriously thank you guys from the heart for this much needed escape, and I can't wait to watch more BL's and Kdrama's with ya'll. OK EMO HOURS ARE OVER LOL On a lighter note, I honestly don't know what I would do if I had never discovered the world of BL. I really can't even remember the last time I watched a show or movie that wasn't BL or at least really queer-coded. If I really think about it, it's been a few years since I found Asian BL dramas and I have been stuck here ever since lol I don't even watch American or English speaking media anymore, it just seems so plain and boring in comparison now. And I also been studying Thai for about a year and a half thanks to these series. The language and culture is so beautiful so I decided to start learning(and also because I get tired of reading subtitles, I just want to be able to watch without having to read all the time lol) I know ya'll get a lot of BL recommendations but I just want to throw a couple out there that are some of my absolute personal favorites and think you would really like. Fish Upon The Sky (absolutely hilarious, overly dramatic, slapstick comedy), Man Who Defies The World Of BL (No explanation needed just watch it, super short series like you could binge the entire show in an hour or so), Manner Of Death (Murder Mystery, enemies to lovers, it's us against the world kind of vibe), My School President( Cute, fluffy, adorable, honestly what more do you need), and Never Let Me Go (rich boy meets poor boy, power couple dynamics)

What I love about a lot of Thai dramas and specifically Bad Buddy is that there's a lot of improvised skits and almost all product placements on the drama have improvised dialogue between Pat and Pran, which makes it 100 times better haha

Tbh I really loved Kinnporsche, it is toxic and I don't think the show is necessarily hiding it. It's really well made and I just love the actors. It has some great comedy to it too. In case you'd be ever interested, there's a chinese fantasy bl The untamed (based on a novel and it has a comic too), it's one of my absolute favourites, it's quite long though. I can't get into my notes on wattpad so I can't recommend anything right now, so I'll show up again lol. Note: I love the scene with the bus stop lmao the wife

I have been a NSD YT subscriber since your first GOT7 video, many years ago. As a long time Ahgase (JJProject era), I really love your GOT7 videos. This series however is my favorite BL series, and made me finally decide to join your Patreon. The acting is really fantastic, the story, while simple, is fun and well executed. It is a true rollercoaster ride of emotions. Also, it is Pran who fell first, he just puts up walls to Pat to protect himself because he believes it could never happen. BTW I normally prefer the tamer BLs. Having said that, even though KinnPorsche is far at the other end of the spectrum, the acting and story and chemistry make it totally worth watching.

If you are too scared of KinnPorsche then I highly recommend Manner of Death, it still has spicy scenes but its not as intense and toxic as KinnPorsche but its still in a mafia ish type genre, its a murder mystery type drama and the lead actors for the couple are known in the Thai BL industry as the Kings of BL as they have like 3 or 4 tv shows together as a couple, the first one being in 2016 and they were one of the first BL couples to have spicy kisses and scenes on screen and Manner of Death was kind of like their comeback show
