Yes!!! Going Merry!!!! I can’t believe they revealed Garp is Luffy’s Grandpa, it’s not revealed way later in anime/manga but I guess it keeps new fans intrigued about what happens after thus reading manga/ watching anime after live action. Zoro’s flashback, not gonna lie, felt weird to be inserted in this ep. Syrup Village was supposed to be Usopp’s arc but he barely did anything (in live action). But I guess it had to be placed here due to ep restrictions. BTW Zoro challenged Kuina 2001 times and lost every single battle. And Kuina lost to Down D. Stairs…. Sorry I had to 😅 Kuina died because she fell down the stairs, that’s the accident her father was talking about. Also her father did not want to pass down the Dojo (training centre) to Kuina because she is a “female”. 🙄 The OST that played when they sail on Going Merry is the rendition of Opening 1 of anime called “We Are!”, it’s an anthem for One Piece fans. So playing this OST for the first time in live action when Straw Hats are sailing on Going Merry gave me goosebumps when I first watched the episode.

I didn't know that Garp was Luffy's grandpa either, I don't think I ever got that far in the anime to find that out, so I was genuinely shocked about it too.

I'm so sorry guys, I did not listened to anything you guys said for the first 2:45 min cause I was really invested in singing the ATEEZ song Kevin was playing that I had to rewind the video and consciously ignore the song so I could pay attention to your conversation haha

You guys should watch some interviews of the cast because they’re so hilerious! There’s one of Taz (Sanji) and Iñaki (Luffy) where they rate different Hispanic foods because Taz was born in Spain and Iñaki was born in Mexico.
